Claims on Missing Items
This is rarely happenning but in cases you order 10prs and receiving only 9prs, please send us the copy of the shipping bill. This is important.
The package left us were already marked with the weight. When it arrives your customs, it will be weighted again. Whenever there is lost items, the weight of the package will be less than when it was shipped.
We accept the claims only when you provide us the copy of shipping bill. So please keep the shipping bill untill you check all your order! In special case of package on the way for many days but never move forward, please note that we will need the investigation from the shipper on this issue, which might need around 40 days.

Changes/Cancellations 
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to Hometrun2004@gmail.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, once a product has left our premises for processing and shipping, the purchase cannot be cancelled or modified. In this case, please refer to our return policy.

Returns, Exchange & Refund
Any items for return must be within 7 days after delivery and intact for 2nd sales. For any reasons of return, buyers pay the shipping back to hometrun.com. Please fill in the form below and contact us for names and address for the return.
For exchange, buyers need to pay for shipping again $30.
Refund will be done through western union or paypal to you.

Sales Taxes & Custom Duties
All orders will be marked as gift, sample, etc with very low values for custom clearance when shipping. As located in China, we are not familiar with the laws and policies from your government and states and we are shipping to woldwide. Please note that we do not charge any sales taxes or duties, etc. The customer is responsible for all customs and duties at the point of entry into the country of destination.
